Refund & Cancellation Policy
At MarathaLagnaYog.com, we strive to ensure a seamless user experience. However, payments made through our payment gateway are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
1. Refund Policy
A refund will be issued only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Transactions: If a customer's card or bank account is debited multiple times due to a technical error, or if an excess amount is charged in a single transaction. In such cases, the excess amount (excluding payment gateway charges) will be refunded.
- Unsuccessful Account Creation: If payment is deducted but the account creation is unsuccessful due to a technical issue.
All valid refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and credited to the customer's original payment method, as per the respective payment provider’s policy.
2. Customer Cancellation Policy
- Once a membership is purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded as a general rule.
- However, customers may cancel their membership within one hour of purchase. Refund approval will be at the sole discretion of MarathaLagnaYog.com, and repeated cancellations may result in denial of refunds and possible account suspension.
- If a customer cancels after one hour of purchase, no refund will be issued, and 100% of the order amount will be charged as a cancellation fee for breach of terms.
3. Account Suspension and Termination
- MarathaLagnaYog.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of services.
- Upon termination, all user data and profiles may be removed, and users must immediately discontinue using the services.
- Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
These terms are in addition to any other legal rights or remedies MarathaLagnaYog.com may have under applicable laws.
